The performance and structural integrity of new products for the Dolphin Manufacturing Line are thoroughly validated at our Testing Center. This process is guided by technical specifications and parameter data acquired directly from customer equipment.
Heat Exchanger Testing Center Capabilities:
- Thermal and Fluid-Dynamic Testing: Conducted in a specialized wind tunnel to evaluate heat exchange efficiency and airflow characteristics.
- Structural Testing: Includes assessments for burst pressure, pressure cycling, thermal cycling, and resistance to vibrations and shocks.
- Internal Cleanliness Testing: Ensures compliance with cleanliness standards critical for system reliability.
- Chemical and Corrosion Testing: Accelerated corrosion testing to evaluate material resistance under harsh environmental or industrial conditions.
